So over the past few days I've been playing with the idea of NuGov, NuTory/NuLabour either way you get NuGov. Take that notion then progress there surveillance and supression culture along with ever laxening laws on evidence and proof (now people can lose their jobs based on nothing more then unproven aquisations.) NuGov intends on constructing a massive data silo to store all communication records, be that internet, email, mobile phone or land line. They intend on storing bank transactions and other such data.
Then they continue on with their implementation of DNA databases and national identity registers, in the name of preventing identity theft and terrorism and crime, trusting our borders and identities to easily compromised and often fallable technology.
NuGov is a scary and realistic proposal in my opinion, with local moves against pornography, "terrorist materials", propagander and photographers. A constant attempt to increase paranoia and distrust amongst the general public.
NuGov would like words such as teacher, educate, re-imagine, rethink, safety, freedom, threat.
An example of NuGov Rethink.

Now my friends,
NuGov Broadcasting Corporation would like you to Re-Imagine the past, we shall be running a long series of dramas and documentries to help you in this task.
Long you have been tought that the rightous side of Democracy battled against the evils of Fascism and Nazism. But please, re-imagine for a moment, what has our democracy, our "tolerance" bought us? It has bought us 9/11 and 7/7. It has brought us conflict after conflict Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan, just to mention the few. The forces of Democracy allied with the forces of Communism.
Re-Imagine a world where we had agreed with the fascists, where strict control was maintained, the Communist and Zeoinists destroyed. A world of peace and safety for those who supported the ideals. A world without terror, without Middle Eastern tension, without communism. A better world. An orderly world.
With strict rules, controls and surveillance we can create that world now! A Better World, for us, for our children, for generations to come. We can snuff out all that hinders us. Simply trust in us NuGov.
Do you believe in Freedom? Do you think people should be "Free" to trade pornography? Child pornography? Act violently? Observe illegal acts? Endager themselves and others through their activity choices? Should people be Free to endager our way of life? Should teachers be allowed to act immorally in their own time? Would it not be better to monitor the populace to ensure they are acting in the best interests of the community.
Re-Imagine the past, Re-Imagine the future.
Join NuGov. Join the Future.

wow. ur topic is deep. i would just if i have the chance to do something with this world... i would actually just reformat this whole world like we always do with our computer. easier said than done. well.. this world has too many differences in ideologies... that's why some r never in place. maybe we will just end up like what samuel t. huntington said in his clash of the civilisations book.
glad to you saw my comment! wow ... u have seen so many concerts?? i also would like to go.. but i think i would really want to attend WaT's concert just because i'm crazy over eiji wentz. r u living in japan?
thank u for dropping by!
Hi,
Well things in Britain have had me thinking, and at some point I need to write a new story. Anyway without conflict there is no reason to strive to improve or dominate. Differences of ideology make progress necessary, I think that's why I dislike the moves of the U.K. and other western governments, they seem very much to be attempting to forge a single mindset from which deviation is not permitted. Which of course stiffles progress and induces stagnation of self.
Never heard of him. I'm not living in Japan, but have just enough holiday time from work and save enough to be able to make a trip or two a year nowdays. Although I went to Japan for the first time this Feb. I'd like to live in Japan at some point, but what with the language and the difficulty of getting a working Visa, I just gotta live with a holiday or two a year.
O well best get back to work.
